Job Summary
To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time hourly Tennessee Licensed Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiologist will deliver personalized exercise therapy programs, conduct virtual assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, virtual exercise therapy programs to patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform virtual assessments and develop individualized fitness plans based on patient goals
- Monitor patient progress, adapt programs, and provide education to ensure adherence and results
Required qualifications
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
- Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Registered Kinesiologist, CSCS, or equivalent
- Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, or chronic pain management
- Strong communication skills with a client-centered, empathetic approach
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital health platforms and clinical software
