Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end general ledger close process for designated sites, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with hospital leadership on post-close analysis and operational reviews
- Oversee joint venture accounting and participate in annual budgeting processes to align with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare finance/accounting experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Experience with complex multi-facility healthcare systems or large hospital operations
- Proven ability to partner with hospital leadership to drive financial performance and process improvements
- Expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis, month-end close processes, and revenue recognition
