Job Summary

To maintain a safe and secure environment, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Front Desk Security Specialist will manage virtual access control, visitor credentialing, and security monitoring from a remote location, ensuring compliance with facility security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control systems and visitor management platforms remotely in real time
• Authenticate visitors and personnel through virtual platforms, verifying identities before granting access
• Respond to incoming access requests and security alerts promptly and professionally

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
• Experience with security monitoring systems and access control platforms
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
• Experience in front desk operations or customer service
