Job Summary

Leading the operational efforts for Tennessee Kinship Connect, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Implementation Manager will oversee the Planning and Implementation Phases of the program, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of plans and performance reporting while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and lead the Planning and Implementation Phases of the Tennessee Kinship Connect program
  • Coordinate with community partners, kinship caregivers, and implementation sites to ensure fidelity monitoring and continuous quality improvement
  • Ensure completion of approved plans, workforce supports, and performance reporting in alignment with grant deliverables
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, public administration, public health, human services, education, organizational leadership, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience managing complex human-services or child-welfare program implementations
  • Knowledge of child welfare, kinship care, and evidence-based program replication
  • Experience with federal grant deliverables and performance reporting
  • Ability to coordinate with diverse partners and manage competing deadlines effectively
