Job Summary
Supporting an NIH Phase 1 clinical trial, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Interventionist will implement naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention strategies for Latino families, manage participant recruitment, and maintain research materials in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based interaction strategies in Spanish to young children on the autism spectrum and coach families on implementation
- Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts targeting Latino families, conducting eligibility screenings and maintaining participant records
- Manage project materials and data, ensuring compliance with IRB and research protocols
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years working with children with autism and coaching caregivers
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong written Spanish skills; native fluency preferred
- Background in clinical practice or research related to early childhood development or autism spectrum disorder
- Experience working with young children and families, particularly in diverse Latino communities
- Certification for human subjects research required or must be completed upon hire
