Job Summary
To drive growth in a designated territory, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Loan Officer will originate purchase-focused loans, leverage local real estate relationships, and utilize proprietary programs to generate leads and referrals while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate Conventional, FHA, and VA loans while maintaining existing client and agent relationships
- Meet daily with real estate agents to foster partnerships and receive leads through a dedicated appointment-setting team
- Engage with senior-living communities to create referrals and guide families through transitions using the RightSize Move program
Required Qualifications
- At least $20M in funded mortgage volume or 50+ funded units over the past 12 months
- Established purchase-focused business built on real estate agent relationships
- Residence in the assigned market with a strong local agent base
