Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and strategic direction for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the full-time Associate Director of Marketing Cloud will oversee email marketing strategy, implementation, and optimization while collaborating with various teams to enhance email communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation and optimization of email communications within the Marketing Cloud Business Unit
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on email development, audience segmentation, and deployment
- Monitor and enhance email performance and deliverability, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, PR, business, marketing, computer science, IT, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in higher education or nonprofit advancement
- Experience with building communications and creating content within a marketing platform
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
