Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Tennessee Licensed Maternal Health RN, this remote position will manage telemedicine visits, provide clinical support to new mothers, and collaborate with Maternity Navigators to connect families with essential resources during the postpartum period.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct telemedicine visits to assess postpartum clinical needs and educate members on complex topics
• Serve as a clinical liaison between Nadia Care and obstetrics providers, documenting visit summaries and escalating unmanaged clinical needs
• Train Maternity Navigators on prenatal and postpartum topics to ensure consistent, high-quality education for all members

Required qualifications:

• Active compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license in TN or IN, with interest in obtaining licensure in other compact states
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in prenatal and postpartum care in relevant healthcare settings
• Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish, with experience delivering clinical information and patient education in Spanish
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide compassionate and culturally-informed care
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems for documenting care and communicating with members
