Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients, ensuring engagement and adherence to best practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, ensuring client participation and engagement
- Complete onboarding requirements and participate in regular check-ins with supervisory staff
- Maintain timely communication with clients and team members, ensuring all documentation meets professional standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults in a group setting
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a preference for DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI certification
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
- Availability for late afternoon and evening sessions on weekdays and Saturdays
