Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Therapist, this fully remote contractor position will deliver individual therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, focusing on patient care and documentation while benefiting from maximum administrative support.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform virtual counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluating mental health assessments and providing evidence-based support
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review QA process
Required qualifications:
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from accredited programs
- Active and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT) in Tennessee
- 2+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (varies by licensure type)
- Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
