Tennessee Licensed Nurse Consultant

Job Summary

Providing telephonic case management, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Nurse Consultant will manage medical care for workers' compensation injured employees, coordinating with medical providers and employers to facilitate rehabilitation and return to work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform telephonic case management by communicating with medical providers, employers, and injured workers to coordinate care and rehabilitation
• Evaluate and arrange home care services and modifications, ensuring the injured employee receives appropriate support
• Document case management observations and maintain a caseload to meet billing and quality compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Degree from an applicable training program and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in workers' compensation preferred
• Certification in a related field preferred
