Job Summary
Providing legal and administrative support remotely, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Paralegal will assist with document preparation, contract review, legal research, and coordination of legal workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy in legal documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Drafts and reviews legal documents, contracts, and agreements under attorney guidance
- Conducts legal research and compiles information to support various legal matters
- Maintains corporate records and tracks legal workflows, deadlines, and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of paralegal or legal support experience, particularly in corporate legal functions
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and workflows required
- Experience in a corporate, healthcare, or law firm environment preferred
- A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
