Tennessee Licensed Product Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day product compliance activities, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Product Compliance Manager will oversee raw material and formula changes, ensure operational compliance, and collaborate with various departments to maintain product lifecycle alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product onboarding activities and change management processes within the Product Compliance Department
• Train and coach team members on regulatory requirements and compliance software systems
• Monitor new regulations and develop strategies to address their impacts on products and operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of people management experience
• At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in chemical or oil manufacturing
• Experience with Hazard Communication, GHS, and SDS authoring preferred
• Certification in Regulatory Affairs, CHMM, or equivalent preferred
