Tennessee Licensed Program Director

Job Summary

To lead innovative learning solutions for the Tennessee Department of Human Services, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Program Director will manage learning initiatives, oversee training requests, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee performance within the Rehabilitation Services Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development initiatives, including onboarding and various training programs
• Oversee training requests and collaborate with instructional design staff to create effective learning solutions
• Utilize feedback and analytics to continuously improve training programs and align them with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of full-time professional work in social/human services, education, or social services grant coordination
• Experience in adult education, curriculum development, and vocational rehabilitation preferred
• Proficient in instructional design and diverse learning methods
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
