Job Summary
To support the Tobacco Use Prevention & Control Program, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Public Health Educator will plan and implement evidence-based tobacco prevention initiatives for youth and young adults, working mostly remotely with one day per week onsite.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and implement evidence-based programs to address tobacco prevention among youth and young adults
- Assist schools in implementing tobacco prevention and cessation initiatives
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve program goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health education, biology, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in public health, education, or a related field
- Ability to complete and prioritize tasks while working remotely
