Tennessee Licensed Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

To support injured employees in their recovery, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Return to Work Coordinator will manage medical care and rehabilitation services, ensuring a successful return to pre-injury status while maintaining a caseload and documenting case management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical management and case coordination for workers' compensation injured employees through telephonic communication with various stakeholders
• Evaluate and arrange appropriate medical and rehabilitation services, including home care assessments and job modifications
• Document case management observations and generate reports to communicate case status and recommendations to involved parties

Required qualifications

• Degree from an applicable program of training and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent in the state of practice
• Preferred Bachelor's degree and experience in Workers' Compensation
• Certification in a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of managed care and national standards of practice
