Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed RN Pharmacy will evaluate prescribed medications for patient safety, manage complex medical conditions, and work remotely while advocating for effective medical treatment for injured employees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and evaluate patient drug usage and physician prescribing patterns
• Negotiate appropriate levels of care and recommend alternative treatments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with clients, nursing staff, and claims examiners regarding pharmacy issues

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
• Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
• Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case management
