Job Summary

To provide impactful support to students, the Tennessee Licensed School Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) will offer individual and small group counseling remotely on a flexible, contractual basis, allowing for autonomy in scheduling during school hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and small group counseling sessions to students, including those with IEP minutes for social work services
• Work independently to manage a flexible schedule that aligns with school hours
• Utilize electronic devices and teletherapy platforms to conduct sessions effectively from a private workspace

Required qualifications

• Current licensure as a School Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW) in Tennessee
• Experience in providing remote or virtual counseling services
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure if necessary for practice in other states
