Tennessee Licensed Senior Evaluator

Job Summary

Providing scientific and operational leadership, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Senior Evaluator will oversee the Supporting Families That Support Their Kin project, managing evaluation protocols, data analysis, and reporting while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of evaluation protocols, including power analysis and measure selection
• Direct recruitment, randomization, consent, and retention procedures while ensuring compliance with human subjects protections
• Prepare semiannual and final evaluation reports for federal review and potential submission to the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in program evaluation, social work, public health, psychology, sociology, education, public policy, statistics, economics, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in program evaluation or applied research, including evaluation design and management
• Advanced skills in statistical methods using software such as R, Python, SAS, or Stata
• Knowledge of rigorous program evaluation methods, including experimental and quasi-experimental designs
• Ability to lead collaborative evaluation activities and manage complex evaluation workplans
