Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in a virtual environment, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Virtual Care RN will perform patient assessments, care coordination, and education while utilizing advanced healthcare technology systems.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients through virtual care platforms
- Conduct patient assessments, care coordination, clinical documentation, and ongoing monitoring
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety
Required qualifications
- Current RN license or a compact license accepted by the applicable State Board of Nursing
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
