Tennessee Licensed Virtual Care RN

Job Summary

Providing professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Virtual Care RN will perform patient assessments, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring while working remotely during day shifts from 11am to 7:15pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, care coordination, and patient education through virtual care platforms
• Utilize multiple healthcare technology systems, including electronic medical records, for clinical documentation and ongoing patient monitoring
• Establish collaborative relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety

Required qualifications

• Current RN license or a compact license acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
