Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care through virtual platforms, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Virtual Care RN will perform patient assessments, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring while establishing collaborative relationships with patients and healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients via virtual care platforms
- Conduct patient assessments, care coordination, education, and clinical documentation while utilizing healthcare technology systems
- Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety
Required qualifications
- Current RN license or compact license accepted by the applicable State Board of Nursing
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
