Tennessee Licensed Youth Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support youth clients aged 12-17 with behavioral health and substance use disorder needs, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed Youth Nurse Practitioner will provide telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for youth clients
- Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring for side effects and adjusting treatment as necessary
- Collaborate with care team members and external providers to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
- Active DEA license and several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
- Experience working with youth populations, particularly those aged 12-17
- Board certification in specialty preferred
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
