Job Summary
To support operational excellence across a defined territory of 6-10 clinics, the full-time Territory Manager - Urgent Care will lead teams, drive performance metrics, and ensure consistent implementation of policies while working remotely in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives accountability for operational standards and performance expectations across multiple clinics
- Partners with Clinic Leads to enhance patient flow, staffing efficiency, and operational readiness
- Coaches Clinic Leads and high-potential employees to improve performance and leadership effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
- Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving business results
- Strong knowledge of operational metrics and financial performance management
