Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Test Analyst will develop and execute test plans and cases, track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software functionality and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tests, track defects, and manage the resolution process until fixes are verified and closed
- Understand system functionality and interact with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Management to ensure software quality
- Support weekly software and web deployments, becoming familiar with basic test methodologies and product knowledge
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing, functional analysis, or relevant analysis in software testing
- Familiarity with automated testing and the healthcare industry is preferred
- Experience with Facets Claims and coding in SQL is a plus
- Ability to develop test scripts, plans, and procedures
