Job Summary
To ensure the quality of software applications, the full-time Test Analyst will manage the complete test cycle, including planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities, while utilizing various testing tools and techniques in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete test cycle from requirements testing to user acceptance and release testing
- Plan testing strategies and objectives at different stages within the software development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and execute reusable automated test scripts and conduct REST & SOAP Web Service tests
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in software testing techniques and tools, including incident/defect tracking systems
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid testing environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and presentation
- Experience with Dynamics CE Sales and/or Customer Service modules
- BS or BA in computer science, information systems, or business administration with 5 or more years of related work experience
