Test Analyst Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Test Analyst Business Analyst will develop test plans and scripts, validate configurations, and conduct UAT cycles for Empower LOS workflows while ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for various Empower LOS workflows
- Conduct UAT cycles and regression testing to validate changes and ensure existing functionality remains intact
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to track and document defects using tools like JIRA and TestRail
Required qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Empower LOS and mortgage lending workflows
- Proven experience in requirement elicitation and management
- Ability to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience in creating detailed Business Requirement documents
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in testing and analysis
