Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Test Analyst Business Analyst will develop test plans and cases for Empower LOS workflows, validate configurations, and conduct UAT cycles to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for various Empower LOS workflows
- Conduct UAT cycles and regression testing, ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track defects and facilitate resolution
Required qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Empower LOS and mortgage lending workflows
- Proven experience in requirement elicitation and management
- Ability to plan and execute UAT effectively
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or TestRail
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in testing and business analysis
