Seeking a Test Analyst - QNXT, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end testing for Provider and Claims modules, design test scenarios, execute complex SQL queries, and ensure high-quality delivery for critical healthcare systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage testing across QNXT Provider and Claims modules, ensuring validation of claims adjudication and provider data integrity
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases tailored to healthcare operations
- Handle defect triage sessions and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues to implement quality improvements
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of strong experience in the healthcare domain
- Proven QNXT testing experience in Provider and Claims modules
- Experience with Claims Testing
- Proficiency in running SQL queries for data validation
- Experience in test case and test strategy development
