Test Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on automating manual regression tests, the full-time Test Automation Engineer will utilize T-Plan Robot for CAD-based desktop GUI testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing AI tools to enhance test script creation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the automation of existing manual regression test suites for Distribution Tools products using T-Plan Robot
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and reusable patterns for desktop and Revit-integrated applications
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to prioritize and automate high-value regression scenarios
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing of desktop or engineering software
- Hands-on experience with T-Plan Robot or a similar image/OCR-based GUI automation tool
- Practical experience using AI and LLM tools in a development or QA workflow
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose test automation framework, such as NUnit or Selenium
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
