Test Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer, this full-time hybrid position will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for software applications while collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure effective testing solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Java, and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create automated testing solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Manage test automation environments and perform load, performance, and functional testing to validate system quality
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing
- Proficiency in Java development and database concepts, including writing SQL queries
- Experience with financial transaction processing systems and relevant industry standards like ISO 8583 and ISO 20022
- Familiarity with T3 testing software or similar transaction testing tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose business requirements into effective testing strategies
