Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Test Automation Engineer will write test plans and scripts, build and maintain automated testing suites, and run various types of testing while managing defect logs and reporting results for release readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Write test plans, cases, and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Build and maintain automated testing suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Postman in CI/CD
- Run functional, integration, regression, and Section 508 testing while supporting UAT
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in automation
- Experience with defect management and requirements traceability
- Familiarity with Section 508 testing and UAT support
- ISTQB Agile Tester or Section 508 Trusted Tester certification preferred
