Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Test Automation Engineer will write test plans and scripts, build and maintain automated testing suites, and run various testing types while ensuring release readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Write test plans, cases, and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Build and maintain automated testing suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman in a CI/CD environment
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and Section 508 testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in automation
- Experience in writing test plans, cases, and scripts from user stories
- Familiarity with defect management and requirements traceability matrix
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- ISTQB Agile Tester or Section 508 Trusted Tester certification preferred
