Job Summary
A company is looking for a Test Developer 1 ELA/SS to create and review educational assessment items.
Key Responsibilities
- Write effective items based on state item specifications for various projects
- Participate in item review and validation meetings, supporting the grade level lead
- Conduct preliminary and content reviews independently and may begin client communication with supervision
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with 3-6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1-4 years of experience
- Minimum of 4 years teaching English or developing content in an Educational Assessment environment
- Proven knowledge and experience with the U.S. Education and Education Assessment
- Experience in item writing and review processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
