Test Engineer II
Job Summary
Collaborating as part of a scrum team, the full-time remote Test Engineer II will document test scenarios, automate test cases, and develop solutions to enhance the test automation framework while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, create, and maintain UI and API test scripts while documenting new and existing test cases using Xray Test Management
- Develop and maintain Cucumber Test Scripts to achieve over 80% automated test coverage, while analyzing runlists for optimization opportunities
- Participate in scrum team activities, contributing to test case design and planning discussions to maximize quality and test coverage
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience automating tests for a SaaS product
- Proficient in scripting tests using Cucumber (Gherkin) and familiar with tools like Xray, Selenium, and Git
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong understanding of Agile and CI/CD practices, with experience working in an all-remote environment
