Test Management Office Director

Job Summary

Leading the Test Management function, the remote Test Management Office Director will oversee enterprise-level governance, planning, and performance management of testing services while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and managing vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Govern the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) strategy and ensure alignment with quality, risk, and compliance objectives
• Provide executive oversight to Test Directors and Managers, coordinating testing demand inflows and resource management
• Track and govern SLA and KPI performance, leading monthly and quarterly business review meetings with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise testing organizations, with at least 5 years in test management or TMO leadership roles
• Expertise in test management, including demand/capacity planning and governance
• Strong experience with contract management and procurement processes
• Ability to operate in multi-vendor, regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
