Testing Manager

Job Summary

To lead and manage testing activities for a banking project, the full-time remote Testing Manager will define testing strategies, coordinate schedules, and ensure solution quality and compliance with business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall testing strategy, approach, scope, and test plans for the banking project
• Lead testing activities across various phases, including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and prepare testing dashboards and management reports on execution progress and quality indicators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software testing with significant experience in test management
• Experience working on banking systems or digital transformation projects is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is preferred
