Texas Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the full payables cycle, the full-time Texas Accounts Payable Analyst will review, code, and enter high volumes of vendor invoices, run payments, and reconcile vendor accounts in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate matching to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Run payments and maintain job and general ledger coding accuracy to support project profitability
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely financial reporting

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, including full cycle, high volume processing
• Hands-on experience with purchase order-based invoicing and three-way matching
• Experience reconciling vendor statements and the AP subledger to the general ledger
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Familiarity with W-9 collection and 1099 reporting
