Texas Call Center Representative

Job Summary

To support client operations, the full-time Remote Call Center Representative will engage callers, analyze sensitive information, and ensure compliance while working from home, with a requirement to reside in Brownsville, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls while accurately documenting information
• Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Conduct database research and escalate calls as necessary

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Word
• Experience handling sensitive information
• Ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data simultaneously
