To support a growing family law practice, the full-time Texas Family Law Paralegal will manage case strategies, prepare legal documents, and assist in resolving disputes creatively in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and assist with mediation preparation
- File documents with the court and prepare trial exhibits
- Support clients in navigating contested cases while maintaining calm and informed communication
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of family law litigation experience
- Proficiency in Clio or similar legal software
