Job Summary
Supporting HR initiatives and employee experience, the full-time Texas Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, focusing on performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored guidance and support to leaders and employees across the organization
- Build strong relationships to understand business priorities and operational challenges
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote compliance with employment laws and safety regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner or employee-facing roles
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and experience with workplace safety compliance preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders
- Experience supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred
