Job Summary
To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Executive will manage client relationships, oversee onboarding and renewals, and ensure high levels of service delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants to align with their business goals
- Monitor service delivery and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and coordinate Open Enrollment meetings for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role
- State Health, Life and Variable Annuity license
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry and business practices
- Experience interfacing with clients, brokers, and consultants at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
