Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Manager will oversee account management, client retention, and support business development activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day account operations, including client interactions and problem resolution
- Negotiate and secure appropriate carrier coverage for new and renewal business, maintaining relationships with carrier product managers
- Provide guidance to less experienced Account Managers and support staff while maintaining accurate account records in AMS360
Required qualifications
- Up to 5 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience, specifically in Transportation
- High School diploma; undergraduate degree preferred
- Appropriate insurance agent's license required
- Professional designation (CPCU/CIC/ACSR/CISR) preferred
- Willingness to continue education is essential
