Texas Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Texas Licensed Accounting Manager will manage transaction and payment revenue, prepare advanced balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with global tax compliance while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Owning transaction and payment revenue and the revenue ledger, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Preparing advanced balance sheet reconciliations and supporting financial reporting and financial statement preparation
• Assisting the Controller with global tax compliance, including transfer pricing and statutory foreign audits

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years with a large US public accounting firm
• Active CPA license and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, and Google Suite
• Experience managing a team and delivering high-quality work in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel to Amsterdam HQ 2-3 times a year
