Job Summary
To provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, the full-time Texas Licensed Assistant Professor in Abdominal Imaging will deliver patient care, perform multimodality imaging procedures, educate medical trainees, and develop academic programs while working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent and compassionate care for patients undergoing abdominal imaging
- Provide expertise in oncology-focused CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other radiologic procedures
- Educate medical students, residents, and fellows while advancing cancer research initiatives
Required qualifications
- Medical degree with board-certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Radiology
- Licensure by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Post-residency fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging
- Prior research experience and publications in Abdominal Imaging are highly desirable
