Texas Licensed Assistant Professor

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, the full-time Texas Licensed Assistant Professor in Abdominal Imaging will deliver patient care, perform multimodality imaging procedures, educate medical trainees, and develop academic programs while working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and compassionate care for patients undergoing abdominal imaging
• Provide expertise in oncology-focused CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other radiologic procedures
• Educate medical students, residents, and fellows while advancing cancer research initiatives

Required qualifications

• Medical degree with board-certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Radiology
• Licensure by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Post-residency fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging
• Prior research experience and publications in Abdominal Imaging are highly desirable
