Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials while developing case strategies in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
- Independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Texas
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
