Seeking a Texas Licensed Associate Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join a growing Dallas team, where the full-time position will focus on developing case strategies, managing court appearances, and fostering client relationships in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff while maintaining professional communication with clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Texas
- 5-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
