Job Summary
To support a growing State and Local Government Practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Assurance Senior Associate will lead audit engagements, manage client communications, and supervise staff while working remotely in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and compliance
- Manage budgets, timelines, and staffing while building relationships with government leaders
- Supervise and develop associates, contributing to practice growth through client service excellence
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of public accounting experience, preferably in State and Local Government audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with required accounting coursework
- CPA license preferred; CPA eligible or actively pursuing certification required
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while delivering exceptional client service
