Texas Licensed Auto Adjuster Analyst

Job Summary

Reviewing repair estimates and adjudicating claims, the fully remote Texas Licensed Auto Adjuster Analyst will evaluate vehicle breakdowns and determine coverage eligibility under Vehicle Service Contracts while working within established quality and timeliness guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiates and settles basic to moderately complex claims in line with business unit best practices
• Investigates claims, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss with minimal supervision
• Documents claim files with notes and evaluations in a timely manner according to departmental procedures

Required qualifications

• Strong automotive or mechanical background
• Experience in claims processing or related fields
• Ability to evaluate vehicle repairs and estimates
• Familiarity with Vehicle Service Contracts
• Willingness to work in the Eastern or Central time zone
