Job Summary
Evaluating and settling low complexity auto liability claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will manage first and third-party claims remotely, providing exceptional customer service and conducting thorough investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages according to claims guidelines
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims through phone and written communication
- Maintain a diary of open claims and ensure timely review of appraisals and correspondence
Required qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in PC and Windows applications
- Must have or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
- Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
